Owner & Head Chef George Manasakis was born and raised on the Isle of Crete. Crete is the largest of the Greek Islands, rich in history, important crossroads of the world and steeped in Mediterranean flavors.

Head chef and owner, George Manasakis, visits the farmer’s market every day to find the best produce for his customers. “You can’t let tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers sit around. They need to be fresh if they’re going to be their best and only the farmer’s market has that kind of produce. No where else.”
